Art Refugiatei translates to The Refugees Art. Arta Refugiatei SRL was founded in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in December 2005. The primary focus is producing art, including works in both traditional mediums and digital works. However nearly all works are drawn or painted before being transformed into digital mediums. In October of 2009 the business expanded the to include web design and product design services. The business design and maintains some of its own sites and designs sites for others as well. We also have many of our characters and other artwork available through Print on Demand services. The foundation of the business is passion - we are passionate about art, design, the internet and of course fun - work is play!
